I.4.11 Caupona of Copious

Excavated 1853 and 1863.
Garden Description
This modest caupona had a garden at the rear that was raised one step higher than the rest of the building. It once had a masonry altar with a lararium painting above but both of these have been lost. A latrine was located at the southeast corner of the garden.
