Garden Description

Vineyard, reed plantation, orchard, olive grove, date-palm grove, mulberry grove, acacia grove, and garden, located in the western plain of the village of Aphrodite. Size not given. Leased in the 6th century for 4 years. Furnished with two cisterns (λάκκοι), a tower, a field lodge, a stable, a chaff storehouse. Surrounded by an unknown quantity of arable land to be planted. Rent of cash, wheat, and half-shares of the other produce: wine, citrons, olives, dates, and vegetables, not set out in detail.
