Casa del Colonnato Tuscanico

Garden Description

This house with an L-shaped floor plan had a peristyle garden (a) at the juncture of the two wings enclosed by a seventeen column portico. The garden entrance facing the large room to the north had double columns, and the garden could be approached from the atrium or from the entrance off the street on the west.
