Garden Description

This small fountain, whose discovery spot is unknown, is carved in marble on the upper parts. Its four faces were decorated with steps made from both halves of shells. The water springs from the upper basin or urna, which was supplied by an internal fistula aquaria. When it is full, the water falls down the steps. It dates from the late Antonine or Severan age.
