A low wall connected the three columns and a pillar that supported the portico of this peristyle garden (a) located to the back of the house. The portico enclosed the garden on the on the east and south and entry was gained on the south between two of the columns. The excavation was done in 1952-53 and uncovered a lararium niche on the west garden wall.
